Sales Executive

Finwerken is solving a massive pain point: manual financial administrative friction. As our Sales Executive, your mission is to introduce our automation platform to mid-market companies, CFOs, and accounting firms across the Netherlands.

You are a consultative consultative seller who excels at understanding complex workflow challenges and presenting elegant, value-driven solutions.

  • Location: Utrecht / Amsterdam / Hybrid

  • Commitment: Full-time

  • Language: Dutch (native/fluent) & English

What You Will Do

  • Pipeline Generation: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying inbound leads to running outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers (CFOs, Finance Directors, Partners at accounting firms).

  • Consultative Demos: Conduct high-impact product demonstrations that clearly show how Finwerken solves their specific administrative headaches.

  • Deal Closing: Navigate complex B2B purchasing processes, manage negotiations, and close mid-market accounts.

  • Feedback Loop: Partner closely with our Product team to relay market feedback, helping us shape the future roadmap of our platform.

  • CRM Hygiene: Keep Hubspot/our CRM meticulously updated to ensure accurate pipeline forecasting.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, outbound sales, or business development (experience selling financial software, fintech, or HR tech is a massive plus).

  • Financial Literacy: You don't need to be an accountant, but you must be able to confidently speak the language of finance (General Ledgers, invoices, workflows) with CFOs.

  • Communication: Exceptional Dutch communication skills—both written and spoken. You can turn complex technical features into simple, value-driven benefits.

  • Drive: A self-motivated "hunter" mentality. You love the thrill of opening doors, building relationships, and hitting targets.
